As a group, the B-Vitamins are known to be essential for a variety of the body’s processes; in particular, energy production. As such, ensuring sufficient intake of the B-Vitamins may help in maximising our energy levels and general vitality. The amount of these vitamins necessary to achieve maximal energy efficiency is not known, but as they have low toxicity a greater and faster effect may be achieved with higher than 100% RDA intake.

This product contains 7 of the 8 essential B-Vitamins at 100% RDA. As such, this product may help in delivering the intended benefit of increased B-Vitamin intake, but the levels are no greater than that found in a good quality multivitamin and mineral supplement, therefore one of these would be a better nutritional and financial choice.
