This product provides 100% RDA of both Calcium and Vitamin D, which are the primary bone support nutrients. These nutrients both play a major role in maintenance of the skeleton, and as such this product is likely to deliver the expected benefits associated with improved bone health.

The product also contains Magnesium at 50% RDA. Magnesium is required for efficient working of a large number of the body´s functions, including bone support; this is a useful addition as it is likely to provide some of the benefits associated with optimum intake of Magnesium. Several other trace minerals are included, but most of these would be provided by a good quality multivitamin supplement, which should be a foundation of any supplement programme.
