At two tablets per day, this product provides 126% RDA Calcium, and only 25% RDA Vitamin D. These nutrients both play a major role in maintenance of the skeleton, but with such a poor level of Vitamin D, this product is unlikely to deliver the full range of benefits associated with improved bone health.

The product also contains 166% RDA Magnesium, Vitamin K and Boron. Magnesium plays a role in numerous bodily functions, and as such this product should deliver benefits associated with increased Magnesium intake. Product is reasonable value, but the formulation is seen as being somewhat deficient. Expensive too.
