Two tablets per day of this product provides calcium and vitamin D at 100% RDA. Both nutrients play a major role in maintenance of the skeleton, and as such this product is likely to deliver the expected benefits associated with improved bone health.

The product also contains magnesium at 100% RDA. Magnesium is required for efficient working of a large number of the body´s functions, including bone support, and so this is a useful addition as it is likely to provide the full benefits associated with optimum intake of magnesium.

Several other trace minerals are included, but most of these would be provided by a good quality multivitamin supplement, which should be a foundation of any supplement programme.
