This product provides 100% RDA of both Calcium and Vitamin D, which are the primary bone support nutrients. These nutrients both play a major role in maintenance of the skeleton, and as such this product is likely to deliver the expected benefits associated with improved bone health.

The product also contains 100% RDA Magnesium. Magnesium is required for efficient working of a large number of the body´s functions, including bone support, and so this is a useful addition as it is likely to provide the benefits associated with optimum intake of Magnesium. Several other trace minerals are present, but most of these would be provided by a good quality multivitamin and mineral supplement, which should be a foundation of any supplementation programme. Long term compliance of recommended dosage of four tablets per day may be poor. The tablets are chalky, but the product is reasonable value.
