CoQ10 is critical to the production of energy in the body and is found in all of our cells. It is also a very important antioxidant and there is evidence of benefit from supplementation in helping to maintain heart health and preventing age related decline in mental function. To achieve these benefits, the bulk of evidence suggests that a minimum daily intake of 30mg is probably necessary, with increasing liklihood of consistent and more rapid benefits being achieved with up to 120mg per day.

This product contains 30mg of CoQ10 per tablet, with a recommended dosage of up to 1 tablet daily. As such this product is likely to deliver the intended benefits of CoQ10 supplementation, but may need an extended period of supplementation at this dosage level. This product is reasonably priced.  

This product also contains 34% RDA of Vitamin E, which may be of some additional benefit.
