Value for moneyThis is a good basic multivitamin and mineral providing 50% RDA of all 12 essential vitamins. As such, this product should deliver the expected benefits associated with the regular supplementation of these essential vitamins in children.
Of the minerals, Iron is provided at 20% RDA and Zinc and Iodine both at 50% RDA, Magnesium is provided at 12.5% RDA and Calcium at 10% RDA. Therefore, this would deliver many, but not all of the benefits associated with taking a full spectrum multimineral.
The product is in a chewable tablet form, which is reasonably pleasant, but somewhat chalky, which may present some compliance problems with children over longer term use. This product is good value.
