This is a purely multivitamin product that contains no minerals. It provides 100% RDA of 6 essential vitamins in addition to 75% RDA Vitamin A. The other 5 essential vitamins are absent. As such, this product is less likely to deliver the full range of benefits associated with a full spectrum multivitamin.

The presentation of this product is unusual in that it is in the form of 5 jelly gums in an individual bag, which would be ideal for inclusion in a child’s lunchbox or to be given instead of a bag of sweets. However, this makes the product expensive.
