This is a reasonable multivitamin and mineral that provides all essential vitamins, but in very variable amounts; the average is approximately 33% RDA. The trace minerals are also inconsistent, with Iodine being absent and Calcium and Magnesium being very low. As such, it is likely that this product will deliver most, but not all, of the benefits usually associated with regular supplementation of vitamins and minerals.

This product is presented in a jelly baby form and is very pleasant to take, therefore children would not have a problem taking it over the longer term. The product is reasonably priced.
