Value for moneyThis is a good basic multivitamin and mineral containing 50% RDA of all 12 essential vitamins. As such, this product should deliver the expected benefits associated with the regular supplementation of these essential vitamins in children.
Of the minerals, Iodine is provided at the highest level, at 50% RDA. Calcium is included at 10% RDA and Magnesium at 12.5% RDA; as such, this product would deliver some, but not all of the benefits associated with a full spectrum multimineral. The product is presented as a chewable tablet, which is reasonably palatable and would probably be acceptable to children over the longer term.
