This is a very good basic multivitamin for children, providing 100% RDA in 9 of the 12 esssential vitamins; the remaining three being Niacin at 50% RDA, Biotin at 17% RDA and Pantothenic Acid at 17% RDA. As such, this product would be expected to deliver the benefits associated with a full spectrum multivitamin supplement.

The minerals are more varied, with Iodine at 100% RDA, and Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc all at 17% RDA. Therefore, this product would only be expected to provide some of the benefits associated with a full spectrum multimineral. The product is in a pleasant, chewable tablet form, which children would find agreeable over the longer term.
