This is a good basic multivitamin and mineral containing 50% RDA of 9 of the 12 essential vitamins and 100% RDA of Vitamins D and B12. Biotin is omitted. As such, this product should deliver the expected benefits associated with the regular supplementation of essential vitamins in children.

Of the minerals, Iron is provided at 20% RDA and Zinc and Iodine are both provided at 50% RDA, this is a positive, but there is no Calcium or Magnesium in this product. As such, the product would only be expected to provide some of the benefits associated with a full spectrum multimineral product.

The product is a chewable tablet, which is very palatable and should be well accepted by children.
