This is a good children’s multivitamin product, providing all 12 essential vitamins, with 5 of these at 100% RDA or above and the remainder at 33%-83% RDA. As such, this product should deliver the expected benefits associated with the regular supplementation of essential vitamins in children.

Of the minerals, only Calcium is provided, and this at 16% RDA. Therefore, this product could only be expected to deliver benefits associated with a very small proportion of the RDA of this mineral.

The product is presented as a chewable table, which is reasonably palatable but a little chalky, this may put some children off. This product is quite expensive, but it does contain higher levels of most vitamins than similar products.
