Value for moneyThis is a reasonable basic multivitamin and mineral, with 11 of 12 essential vitamins being supplied, although 100% RDA is only provided for Vitamins C and D and Folic Acid. Biotin is omitted. Minerals are supplied, but in relatively low amounts and Iodine is absent. As such, this product should deliver most of the expected benefits associated with regular supplementation of vitamins and minerals in children, although these benefits may only be apparent following longer term use.
This product also contains the antioxidants Lutein and Zeaxantin, as well as the prebiotic Inulin, which may confer additional benefits in supporting the digestive and immune systems. This product is in the form of a chewable tablet, and whilst not unpleasant, is less palatable than others. The product is reasonably priced.
