Increased intake of the Omega-3s EPA and DHA in children has been associated with improved brain function, expressed as improved learning, concentration and behaviour. The SP expert panel recommends a minimum of 150mg EPA / DHA to children of 6 months – 2 years and 450mg EPA / DHA to children of 2-12 years in order to achieve optimum benefits.

This product is a pleasant-tasting fish oil emulsion providing 4565mg EPA / DHA per 5ml teaspoon. As such, this product would be expected to deliver the full range of benefits associated with optimum intake of Omega-3. This product can be mixed into milk, fruit juices or smoothies, as well as being taken directly from the spoon.
