This product is a soft, chewy, citrus-flavoured lozenge, each one of which provides 100mg of EPA / DHA. As such, this product is unlikely to deliver the full spectrum of benefits associated with optimum intake of Omega-3 in the short term, although this level of intake may show more benefits in the longer term. Either additional supplementation or consumption of oily fish is advised in order to achieve adequate Omega-3 intake.

The product also contains 100% RDA of Vitamins A, D, C, and E and so should provide the additional benefits associated with increased intake of these vitamins.

This product is very expensive either as a multivitamin or as a source of omega-3. Recommended for children aged 3yrs+.
