Cod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health. This product is a Cod Liver Oil capsule enriched with fish oils to provide a higher level of Omega-3.

Each capsule contains:

• 175mg EPA / DHA
• Vitamin A 26% RDA
• Vitamin D 45% RDA
• Vitamin E 12% RDA

It is considered by our panel that a comprehensive range of benefits could only be observed with a daily intake of greater than 450mg EPA / DHA. Also, this product would not deliver the benefits associated with RDA intake of Vitamins A, D and E.

However, this product is quite good value for what it contains, though it would be better to take 2-3 capsules per day.
