Cod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health. This product is a Cod Liver Oil capsule enriched with fish oils to provide a higher level of Omega-3.

Each capsule of this product contains:

• 236mg EPA / DHA
• Vitamin A 100% RDA
• Vitamin D 100% RDA
• Vitamin E 100% RDA

The amount of EPA / DHA in each capsule of this product does not meet the SC panel’s recommendation of 450mg per, however it is likely to provide some benefits, particularly in the long term. Also, this product can be expected to deliver the benefits associated with 100% RDA intake of Vitamins A, D and E.

This product is a little on the expensive side for what it contains.
