Cod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health.

This product is a Cod Liver Oil capsule providing 85mg EPA / DHA As such, this product will only deliver marginal benefits associated with increased Omega-3 intake.It is considered by our panel that more comprehensive delivery of benefits would only occur with an intake greater than 450mg EPA / DHA per day.

Each capsule of this product also provides 100% RDA Vitamin A, 50% RDA Vitamin D and 3% RDA Vitamin E, and as such would not deliver the full benefits associated with RDA intake of these vitamins. Very expensive for what it contains.
