Value for moneyCod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health. This product is a straightforward Cod Liver Oil liquid, two teaspoons of which (10ml) will provide:
- 1560mg EPA / DHA
- Vitamin A 100%+ RDA
- Vitamin D 100%+ RDA
- Vitamin E 67% RDA
As such, this product can be expected to provide the full spectrum of benefits associated with adequate intake of both Omega-3 fatty acids and the Vitamins A and D.
The only downside to this product is that, as an unflavoured fish oil, it is not particularly palatable and therefore long term compliance could be an issue.
