Cod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health. This product is a straightforward Cod Liver Oil Liquid that is enriched with concentrated fish oil to boost EPA / DHA levels. It contains 100% RDA Vitamins D and E when taken at the recommended dosage of two teaspoons per day, but does not contain Vitamin A. At this level of intake, one also receives 1900mg EPA / DHA.

As such this product should deliver the full spectrum of benefits associated with adequate intake of both the omega 3 fatty acids and RDA levels of Vitamins D and E.

The only downside to this product, as with all Cod Liver Oil liquid products, is that long term compliance in taking 10mls per day may be an issue. The product is an unflavoured oil, and whilst not particularly fishy, is not especially palatable either.

This is a good product for anyone wanting a high intake of Omega-3 at a reasonable price.
