Value for moneyCod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health. This product is a straightforward Cod Liver Oil Liquid that is enriched with concentrated fish oil to boost EPA / DHA levels. It contains 163% RDA Vitamin A and 200% RDA Vitamin D when taken at the recommended dosage of two teaspoons per day. At this level of intake, one also receives 2300mg EPA / DHA.
Therefore, this product should deliver the full spectrum of benefits associated with adequate intake of both the Omega-3 fatty acids and 100% RDA Vitamins A and D. The only downside to this product, as with all fish oil liquid, is that long term compliance in taking 10ml per day may be an issue.
The product is a good value, unflavoured oil. Whilst the product is not particularly fishy, it is not especially palatable either.
