Cod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health. This product is a straightforward Cod Liver Oil liquid, two teaspoons (10ml) of which provide:

• 1400mg EPA / DHA
• Vitamin A 225% RDA
• Vitamin D 300% RDA

As such, this product should deliver the full spectrum of benefits associated with adequate intake of both Omega-3 fatty acids and intake of Vitamins A and D above RDA levels.

The only downside to this product is that, as with all Cod Liver Oil liquid products, long term compliance of taking 10ml daily may be an issue, as the product is not particularly fishy, but neither is it especially palatable.

This product is very good value.
