Cod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health.

This is a straightforward Cod Liver Oil liquid, which contains over 100% RDA Vitamins A and D, and 33% RDA Vitamin E at the recommended dosage of one teaspoon per day. Also, at this level of intake, there is 913mg of EPA / DHA, this level of these Omega-3s is adequate. As such, this product should deliver the benefits associated with supplemented intake of both the Omega-3 fatty acids and 100% RDA levels of Vitamins A and D.

The only downside to this product, is that long term compliance may be an issue. The product is an unflavoured oil, and whilst not particularly fishy is not especially palatable either.

The product is excellent value.
