Cod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health.

This product is a pleasant-tasting Cod Liver Oil emulsion, with two teaspoons (10ml) providing:

• 476mg EPA / DHA
• 150% Vitamin A
• 100% Vitamin D
• 20% Vitamin E

As such this product should deliver the benefits associated with adequate intake of vitamins A and D, as well as those associated with increased intake of Omega-3 fatty acids.

As an emulsion, this product is also very suitable for children, and at the advised dosage will provide some benefits associated with increased intake of vitamins A and D. One teaspoon provides 238mg of EPA/DHA.

This is a good tasting product suitable for the whole family, however, it is quite expensive.
