Cod Liver Oil contains Omega-3 and Vitamins A, D and E. It is used to support joint and cardiovascular health.

10ml of this product contains:

  • 1500mg EPA / DHA
  • Vitamin A 100% RDA
  • Vitamin D 50% RDA
  • Vitamin E 67% RDA

As such, this product should provide the full spectrum of benefits associated with increased intake of Omega-3 fatty acids, and some of those associated with increased intake of Vitamins A, D and E.

The only downside to the product is that long term compliance of taking 10ml per day could be an issue. The product is not being particularly fishy, and the lemon oil flavouring improves palatablity somewhat.

This product is good value.
