The liver and kidneys are the primary organs involved in the detoxification and elimination of harmful substances from the body. This process can be most assisted by increasing water intake to 2-3 litres per day, increasing fruit and vegetable intake to 8-10 potrions per day and reducing toxin intake. Supplementation of antioxidants, vitamins and some herbs may also assist in this.

This product is a powder which is made up with water to produce a pleasantly flavoured drink. The main constituent is approximately 1.7g fibre from Pysillium Usk and Apple Pectin. There is also a low level of Mixed Herbal Extracts, 1.0mg of Mixed Carotonoids as antioxidants and 70mg of Montmorillonite Clay.

Overall, the likelihood of this product delivering observable detoxification benefits over and above the general advice of increasing water intake to 2 litres per day are low as the amounts of all active ingredients are small. The product is very expensive for what it provides.
