The liver and kidneys are the primary organs involved in the detoxification and elimination of harmful substances from the body. This process can be most assisted by increasing water intake to 2-3 litres per day, increasing fruit and vegetable intake to 8-10 potrions per day and reducing toxin intake. Supplementation of antioxidants, vitamins and some herbs may also assist in this.

This product, at three sachets per day, provides 4g of soluble fibre and 600mg of Vitamin C, together with 183mg of approximately 350mg of Mixed Herbal Extract. This level of soluble fibre will provide a significant contribution to overall fibre intake, and the level of Vitamin C will deliver any benefits associated with higher intakes of this vitamin. As such, this product may deliver some benefits in detoxification along with those obtained from the advice of mixing three sachets of the product with 1.5 litres of water throughout the day. However it is considered rather expensive for a three day course
