Therefore, this product is likely to deliver any benefits associated with increased intake of GLA, although any benefits may still take a minimum of 12 weeks to be observed.
 
At the level of three capsules per day, this product also provides 300% RDA of Vitamin E, which is a real added benefit. However, compliance in taking three capsules per day may be poor in the long term.
