This product is a 500mg capsule of EPO containing 40mg GLA. As such, at the recommended dosage of six capsules per day, this product provides in excess of the minimum level of 240mg GLA. Therefore this product is likely to deliver any benefits associated with increased intake of GLA, although benefits may still take a minimum of 12 weeks to be observed.

At the level of three capsules per day this product also provides 300% RDA of Vitamin E, which is a real added benefit. Compliance in taking six capsules per day is likely to be poor in the long term.
