This product is a 1000mg capsule of EPO containing a high concentration of GLA (115mg). As such, at the recommended dosage of three capsules per day, this product provides in excess of the minimum level of 240mg GLA. Therefore, this product is likely to deliver any benefits associated with increased intake of GLA, although any benefits may still take a minimum of 12 weeks to be observed. 

 

At the level of three capsules per day this product also provides 300% RDA of Vitamin E, which is a real added benefit. However, compliance in taking three capsules per day may be poor in the long term.
