This product is a 1000mg capsule of a mixture of EPO and Starflower or Borage oils, containing a high concentration of GLA (130mg). As such, at the recommended dosage of two capsules per day, this product provides in excess of the minimum level of 240mg GLA. Therefore, this product is likely to deliver the benefits associated with increased intake of GLA, although any benefits may still take a minimum of 12 weeks to be observed.

At the level of three capsules per day this product also provides 200% RDA of Vitamin E, which is a real added benefit.
