This product is a 260mg capsule of EPO containing 25mg GLA. As such, at the recommended dosage of four capsules per day, this product provides less than the minimum level of 240mg GLA. Therefore, in the opinion of the SC Expert panel, this product is unlikely to deliver any benefits associated with increased intake of GLA. To increase the likelihood of noticeable effects additional supplementation would be necessary.

At the level of two capsules per day this product also provides 400% RDA of Vitamin E, which is a real additional benefit.
