This product is a 1050mg capsule of a mixture of EPO and Starflower oil, containing 130mg GLA. As such, at the recommended dosage of one capsule per day, this product provides less than the minimum level of 240mg GLA. Therefore, in the opinion of the SC Expert Panel, this product is unlikely to deliver the benefits associated with increased intake of GLA at the recommended dosage. To increase the likelihood of noticeable effects additional supplementation would be necessary.
 
At the dosage of one capsule per day, this product also provides 100% RDA of Vitamin E.
