This product is a 1000mg capsule of EPO containing 80mg GLA. As such, at the recommended dosage of one capsule per day, this product provides less than the minimum level of 240mg GLA. Therefore, in the opinion of the SC Expert Panel, this product is unlikely to deliver any benefits associated with increased intake of GLA at the recommended dosage. To increase the likelihood of noticeable effects, additional supplementation would be necessary.
