This product is a 1000mg capsule of Starflower or Borage oil containing a high concentration of GLA (220mg). As such, at the recommended dosage of one capsule per day, this product almost provides the minimum level of 240mg GLA. Therefore, this product is likely to deliver the benefits associated with increased intake of GLA, although any benefits may still take a minimum of 12 weeks to be observed.

 

Unlike other products in this category, this product provides no Vitamin E.
