Winners Explained

Ginseng is traditionally used as a herb to increase energy and vitality. Studies suggest that to achieve this a minimum of 5mg per day of the active ingredient Ginsenoside needs to be taken, and a minimum of 2 months allowed for the effects to be observed. 

This one-a-day tablet provides 600mg of dried ginseng root, but the packaging does not state a level of Ginsenosides. As such, it is not clear whether this product is likely to deliver the intended benefits of Ginseng supplementation.
