Both Glucosamine and Chondroitin have substantial evidence of benefits in joint health, particularly when taken in combination. The expected benefits include improved flexibility and mobility as well as reduced stiffness of joints. From the studies carried out the amounts required to produce the expected benefits are 1500mg Glucosamine Sulphate or Hydrochloride together with 1200mg Chondroitin Sulphate. Expect to see noticable benefits within about 12 weeks of supplementation at this level.  

This product provides 100% of the recommended level of both Glucosamine and Chondroitin per three tablet dose. As such, it should deliver the intended benefits both in the short and longer term. However, compliance with taking three tablets daily over the longer term may be problematic. The product is good value and a joint category winner.
