Both Glucosamine and Chondroitin have substantial evidence of benefits in joint health, particularly when taken in combination. The expected benefits include improved flexibility and mobility as well as reduced stiffness of joints. From the studies carried out the amounts required to produce the expected benefits are 1500mg Glucosamine Sulphate or Hydrochloride together with 1200mg Chondroitin Sulphate. Expect to see noticable benefits within about 12 weeks of supplementation at this level. 

At two tablets per day, this product provides 41% of the recommended level of Glucosamine together with 40mg Chondroitin. As such, it is likely that a very extended period of supplementation would be necessary to deliver intended longer term benefits. Other ingredients may provide additional minor benefits. It is very expensive for a mail order product with this ingredient concentration.
