Glucosamine is a nutrient which has substantial evidence of benefit in joint health, demonstrating reduction in stiffness, together with increased flexibility and mobility. Most evidence suggests that a daily supplementation level of 1500mg Glucosamine Sulphate or Glucosamine Hydrochloride is likely to produce noticable benefits within a 12 week period.

This product is quite low potency, providing 40% RDA Glucosamine per daily dose. As such, an extended period of supplemention may be necessary to achieve intended long term benefits. Further to this, the product is quite expensive.
