As a group, the B-Vitamins are known to be essential for a variety of the body’s processes; in particular, energy production. As such, ensuring sufficient intake of the B-Vitamins may help in maximising our energy levels and general vitality. The amount of these vitamins necessary to achieve maximal energy efficiency is not known, but as they have low toxicity a greater and faster effect may be achieved with higher than 100% RDA intake.

This product is a high potency B-Complex, providing all B-Vitamins at between 2 and 500 times the RDA level, except Biotin. It also contains other B-Vitamin-like nutrients. As such, this product would be likely to deliver the benefits associated with significantly increasd B-Vitamin intake. This product is best for short term use of less than 6 months. It also contains Vitamin C at nearly 800% RDA. Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc are included at levels expected from a normal multimineral. The product provides high strength B-Vitamins and Vitamin C, but is expensive.
