This product can be considered to be a high-strength multivitamin. However, the levels of individual vitamins are varied, with Biotin being below 100% RDA and Folic Acid exactly at 100% RDA and all other vitamins well above the RDA level. The same can be said of the mineral component of this supplement; Zinc and Iodine are usually included at 100% RDA but are at low levels in this product. However, trace minerals are adequate, and Calcium and Magnesium are above 20% RDA. Many nutritionists advocate higher potency products in order to provide optimum effects, although other experts believe that more than the RDA is unnecessary for most people.

This product should deliver the benefits of a multivitamin supplement if taken regularly, but may be more suited to shorter term, intensive use.
