This product is a high potency multivitamin and mineral, providing 125% RDA for 1 out of 12 essential vitamins, but containing a minimum of 200% RDA and often significantly more for the remaining 11. All essential trace minerals are also provided, as well as adequate levels (20% RDA)  of Calcium and Magnesium  for a product of this type. In fact, the calcium level provided by this product is high at over 60% of the RDA but the downside to this is that 3 tablets per day are required which may lead to difficulties with longer term compliance.  

Many nutritionists advocate higher potency products in order to provide optimum effects, although other experts believe that more than RDA is unnecessary for most people. This product is one of the most complete of those reviewed and so should deliver all of the expected benefits associated with a good quality multivitamin and mineral.
