This product is a high potency multivitamin and mineral, providing 100% RDA for 2 out of 12 essential vitamins, but containing significantly higher than 100% RDA for the remaining 10. All essential trace minerals are also provided, although there are lower levels of Calcium and Magnesium than would normally be expected. However, this is probably due to the presence of large amounts of other components, making it difficult to fit any extra vitamins and minerals into one tablet.

Many nutritionists advocate higher potency products in order to provide optimum effects, although other experts believe that more than RDA is unnecessary for most people.
