This product can be considered to be a high strength multivitamin with standard mineral levels. For all vitamins, with the exception of Biotin, the level is at least 200% RDA. There is a statutory warning on the label of possible adverse effects of Vitamins A and B6 and the mineral Manganese on some individuals following long term use as the levels of these nutrients are especially high.

Many nutritionists advocate higher potency products in order to provide optimum effects, although other experts believe that more than the RDA is unnecessary for most people. This product should deliver the benefits of a multivitamin supplement if taken regularly, but may be more suited to shorter term, intensive use.
