Note: This product is so very different from all the others in its category that SC has declined to give it a ´Quality´ rating, as it is our opinion that this product cannot be judged based upon the normal criteria, despite undoubtedly belonging to this category.

This popular product is very unusual; although it is intended to aid joint health, it contains none of the major nutrients that are normally recognised as being beneficial in this area.

The product contains Rosehip powder, which contains an ingredient known as GOPO. The manufacturers claim that this could potentially be important in maintaining joint health. There is some documented evidence of human trials to this effect, but there appears to be no further information to support the claim.

Overall, in the opinion of the SC expert panel, this product, although interesting, cannot receive a confident recommendation for widespread use without further positive data. The product is also very expensive, but may be worth trying if other products have shown little benefit. It is likely to require an extended period of use before any benefits become apparent.
