Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Omega-3s all show substantial evidence of aiding improvement of joint health by different mechanisms; therefore, to combine the three nutrients into one product makes excellent sense. However, it is important that there be a sufficient amount of each type of nutrient in order for there to be a noticeable effect.

Three capsules per day of this product provide 300mg (20%) of the recommended daily intake of Glucosamine. As such, it is likely that a very extended period of supplementation would be required for the benefits to become apparent. This product does not contain Chondroitin, but three capsules provide 465mg of EPA / DHA, which is above the recommended minimum daily intake of 450mg. As such, this product should deliver the benefits associated with increased intake of Omega-3. This product provides 100% RDA Vitamin D and 39% RDA Vitamin E.

However, the product is still rather expensive for what it contains.
