Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Omega-3s all show substantial evidence of aiding improvement of joint health by different mechanisms; therefore, to combine the three nutrients into one product makes excellent sense. However, it is important that there be a sufficient amount of each type of nutrient in order for one to notice the effects.

 

Two tablets per day of this product provides 500mg (33%) of the recommended daily intake of Glucosamine; as such, it is likely that a very extended period of supplementation would be necessary to deliver the expected benefits. This product contains no Chondroitin, but does provide 190mg EPA / DHA. As 450mg per day of Omega-3 is recommended, either the consumption of oily fish or additional supplementation of Omega-3 would be necessary in order to reach the RDA target. This product does provide 80mg GLA and 165g Turmeric, both nutrients that could potentially provide some additional benefits. Overall, however, the product is quite costly for the level of benefit shown.
