New Health Comparison Website to "Revolutionise" Natural Health Market

A new comparison website which reviews and compares hundreds of popular health supplements launches on 2 April 2008, and allows natural health stores to promote their store to thousands of potential visitors.
The first comparison site for health, suppplementscompared.com reviews and rates over 400 of the most popular health supplements according to their ability to deliver intended benefits and value for money and awards “best product” and “worth a look” accolades to the products that really stand out. The site also features a general guide to “where to buy a supplement” where health food stores have the opportunity to upload details of their store and add a link direct to their website.
Products are reviewed by a panel of experts made up from medical experts and leading nutritionists, which is chaired by broadcaster and bestselling “natural lifestyle” author Janey Lee Grace. She explains,
“There are over 20,000 different supplements on the market, and anyone connected with the natural health industry knows how hard it is to know which to choose. Supplementscompared.com builds on the advice that people receive when they visit their high street store by offering reassurance to those who would like to try a supplement but don’t know which to choose. It’s an excellent way of sparking new interest in health supplements.”
Janey continues,

Stores can sign up for a free weblisting to promote their store to thousands of potential customers and even add a web link to their own website. Throughout 2008, there will be opportunities to make a guest appearance on the expert panel and to vote in the supplementscompared.com products awards. Regular updates of product reviews will be sent to participating health stores together with marketing materials to help promote the products featured on the site.
