This product contains only five of the 12 essential vitamins for which an RDA has been set, with two of these being above the 100% RDA level. Additionally, there are lower than expected levels of calcium and magnesium and the essential trace minerals zinc and iron than would normally be expected in a multivitamin and mineral product. iodine and other trace minerals often included in comprehensive multivitamin and mineral products are also absent.

As such this product is unlikely to deliver the benefits expected from a multivitamin and mineral supplement.
